This project is available via CVS, as outlined here. The CVS tree is generally reasonably stable, but there are no guarantees, as it represents the Work In Progress.

Snapshots:

Occasionally a snapshot is released as a tarball. Todate, the same provisos as for CVS hold true here. They should be generally reasonably stable, but there are no guarantees.
